Casa Palmas
Framed by palms on every side.
Casa Palmas earns its name from the palms that frame every view from the deck. The open-air structure channels the coastal breeze in a way that makes the heat feel like a gift rather than a burden.
It shares the same self-sufficient foundation as every bungalow on the preserve — gas refrigerator, gas stove, mountain spring hot shower — and is a two-minute walk from the sand. All three beaches are secluded and unspoiled — nothing is built on them.
Three queen beds make it the easiest of the six for two couples traveling together, or a family that wants room to spread out.

Check-out follows the water taxi, which leaves Boca de Tomatlán at 8am and lands here around nine. A later check-out can usually be arranged — ask when you request your dates.
Every bungalow is on the sand or a two-minute walk from it. The three beaches are secluded and unspoiled — no development, no beach bar, no lounge chair concession, nothing built on them at all.
Arriving
Self check-in, with someone there to meet the boat
There is no reception desk and no key to collect from an office. One or two people work on the property from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday — they meet the boats, carry what needs carrying, show you your bungalow and help with anything you need while you are here.
Your bungalow is prepared before you arrive. There is no housekeeping during your stay, but someone is on the property through the day — to meet the boat, change a gas tank and help with anything you need.

Taking all six at once? Families, friends and small teams do. Everyone still travels as individual guests and brings their own provisions, or arranges a cook for the group. A buyout takes 5% off the total.
